Maintaining your investment and ensuring a long healthy life for your measuring instrument is very important and we would like to help in guaranteeing its life. Arrange an annual preventive maintenance checkup and know that your machine is running accurately and consistently.
SERVICES INCLUDED: • Clean, inspect and lubricate all applicable parts of the machine • Inspect and adjust bearing preloads on X and Z axis slide assemblies • Verify spindle total indicator runout (T.I.R.) and that the column is square to spindle centerline, done using a NIST-traceable certified bar
• Clean and adjust mechanical and optical assemblies • Performance evaluation and verification of all functions • Verification and repeatability and zero-point calibration • Free two hours of onsite training
