The all new Speroni FUTURA line is the result of over 50 years of experience in the design and production of tool measuring and presetting systems. The FUTURA product line represents the most advanced and complete line of vertical tool presetting & measuring machines in its class.

Industrial grade controls for the spindle disc brake system, the 4-position index, the mechanical tool clamping and all other controls are conveniently positioned on the new cockpit system.

One hand rapid axis movement has been designed so the operator can move the axis simultaneously or independently. Because it's pneumatically activated, this feature guarantees smooth and precise movement of the linear axis.

Integrated X and Z axis fine adjustment hand-wheels allow for smooth micron adjustments throughout the system’s range of travel.

New high precision 50 taper vertical rotating integral spindle fully manufactured by Speroni provides the highest precision in its class (T.I.R. max 4μ at 300mm). Taper angle tolerance AT1.

New integrated adapter support is conveniently located in a drawer making them readily available and protected from the environment.

• The structure of the FUTURA is completely made of aged pearlitic cast iron in order to guarantee the best thermal stability • Micron precise Heidenhain® glass scales, height precision guideways and the largest and toughest recirculating ball bearing contact face in its class, guarantees the highest precision and repeatability along the system’s entire measuring range
