HIGH-PRECISION UNIVERSAL VERTICAL ROTATING SPINDLE The uniquely designed spindle includes the hyper static, simultaneous fit clamping system for standard and special tooling adapters. The universal spindle maintains accuracy throughout the life of the system.

MECHANICAL CLAMPING SYSTEM The proprietary pneumatically activated universal retention knob clamping system allows for the mechanical clamping of any standard size knob applying a draw of about 300 kg (550 lbs) to ensure a high repeatability and accuracy in the measurement of the tool. This is achieved without adding, removing or exchanging any component on the machine. Guarantees a correct and repeatable clamp, unclamp and immediate release of tool holders. VDI HSK ISO C3 ÷ C10

QUICK CHANGE ADAPTER Manually activated system allows the change of adapters in under 8 seconds. The locking and unlocking of the adapters is carried out by rotating the multi-function spindle handwheel; guaranteeing precision and accuracy within the spindle and adapter assembly and the entire Z-axis travel.
